In this lesson, students will go on a “shape hunt” around their classroom or school, identifying and documenting shapes they see in their environment. Using Keynote, students will create a digital presentation to showcase the shapes they find, applying their understanding of geometric concepts in real-world contexts. Following Apple’s Everyone Can Create guidelines, students will practice arranging visuals, adding text labels, and using creative layouts to communicate their observations. This activity also strengthens skills highlighted in the Apple Education Community, including visual storytelling, digital organization, observation, and critical thinking, all while making learning interactive and fun.
