Moon Phases Stop Motion

I use this resource with 1st graders when they learn about the moon phases. Students manipulate the pages so each page has a different moon phase in order. Then, they move the moon to the same spot on each slide. After that, students go to the light table view and duplicate the moon phase pages so there are 3-4 repetitions of the moon phases. Students then add animations to the title page and labeled page. We then export it as a movie and share with the class! They love watching the movie they made.

Very cool movie - Courtney - I love it too. And nice intro using the dynamic background in Keynote. Great learning tool. Thanks!
